In Pennsylvania, the caselaw is constantly changing as it relates to blood tests or breath tests. The penalties can be different also. The driving penalties are changing too. Interlock in the second year is now required for first time offenders after the optional Interlock first year. That can be expensive but there are Interlock companies competing for your business so prices can vary. And because the legislature didn’t get it right the first time, there are new provisions taking affect the end of October 2018. You would do well to consult an attorney about these changes and if there’s a way to take advantage of them now.
